HTML Notes:

<nav> tag:

  • The <nav> tag defines a set of navigation links.
  • Its intended only for major block of navigation links.

<p> tag:

  • The <p> tag defines a paragraph.

CSS Notes:

font-size property:

  • The font-size property sets the size of a font.
    Syntax font-size: medium | xx-small | x-small | small | large | x-large | xx-large | smaller | larger | value;

font-weight property:

  • The font-weight property sets how thick or thin characters in text should be displayed.
    Syntax font-weight: normal | bold | bolder | lighter | value;

text-align property:

  • The text-align property specifies the horizontal alignment of text in an element.
    Syntax text-align: left | right | center | justify;

color property:

  • The color property specifies the color of text.
    Syntax color: color;

padding property:

  • The padding clears an area around the content (inside the border) of an element..
    Syntax padding: value;
    1. padding-top: Its sets the top padding of an element.
      Syntax padding-top: value;
    2. padding-right: Its sets the right padding of an element.
      Syntax padding-right: value;
    3. padding-bottom: Its sets the bottom padding of an element.
      Syntax padding-bottom: value;
    4. padding-left: Its sets the left padding of an element.
      Syntax padding-left: value;
  • Note: To set the four, three, two or one value use the same concept of the margin in Lesson 3.

text-decoration property:

  • The text-decoration property specifies the decoration added to text.
    Syntax text-decoration: none | underline | overline | line-through;
